On July 31, 2026, the OAB/ES Securities Law Commission, in partnership with ESA/ES, will promote an event dedicated to the practical impacts of the New Insurance Law at FINDES, in Vitória/ES.

The program will feature four thematic panels, bringing together representatives from regulation, the Judiciary, law, academia, large companies, and the insurance market.

Throughout the day, the main legal, regulatory, and economic challenges arising from the new legislation will be debated, with a technical, pluralistic approach focused on its practical application.

Registration includes full access to the program, event materials, and a special coffee break in the morning and afternoon.

1. Registration Cancellation and Substitution

Cancellation:

Due to the limited number of spots, cancellation with a refund will only be possible upon request made with at least 3 (three) business days' notice before the Congress date. The amount will be refunded without interest or monetary correction, with a 10% platform fee deducted.

To request a cancellation, access your order and click on CANCEL.

Substitution:

After the cancellation period, only the participant's name may be substituted, provided that it is requested at least 1 (one) day before the event and that the new registrant belongs to the same category as the original participant.

OAB Start Program:

If you have been granted a spot through the OAB Start Program, please confirm your registration only if you are sure of your participation. Due to the limited number of spots, unjustified absence may prevent another colleague from having the opportunity.

2. Certification

The certificate will only be issued to participants who have at least 75% attendance in the Congress activities.

3. Program Changes

In exceptional cases, the Superior School of Advocacy (ESA) may make changes to the program, including speaker substitutions and changes of dates or times. Such adjustments will not generate any burden on registrants.

4. Image Use

By participating in the Congress, the registrant authorizes the organization to record images, photographs, and videos of the activities, which may be used at any time for promotional purposes, both in print and digital media, including social networks, websites, and other institutional dissemination channels.

5. Refund for Cancellation or Event Date Change

In case of cancellation of the Congress due to force majeure or a change of date, the participant will be guaranteed a full refund of the registration fee.

However, additional expenses, such as travel, accommodation, and the like, are the sole responsibility of the registrant.
